How To Exchange?

How to initiate Exchange:

• Login to your account using the email that was used to place the order

• You'll find a return button next to your respective order

• Click on the button to initiate an exchange request (Please note:- The exchange button will be visible 24 hours after the order has been delivered)

Once we receive the previous product, we’ll send you store credits of the same amount via email which can be used to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swim wear & accessories (sunglasses & jewellery). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards/store credits.

For every second exchange, we charge extra shipping fee of â‚ą200.

Refunds 
We do not refund any amount. Please contact us  on +91 76695 62229 for any further clarifications.
